iREST: Interactive Resilience Enhancing Sleep Tactics. iRest is a mobile healthcare app that works in addition to a clinician web base portal. This app is use in the aid of individuals with sleeping disorders with a focus in the military population. My role was to update the overall design of the app and improve navigation in problem areas. This app began development a few years ago and needed and updated look.
